IGNOU Special Study Centre-2418D at Sikkim Govt. College, Gyalshing has been upgraded to a Regular Study Centre. The new LSC Code-2423R has been assigned to this Centre now. The programmes activated under this Centre are BAG, BCOMG, BTS, BAECH, BAHIH, BAPSH, BAPAH, BASOH, BAEGH, MEG, MCOM, MPS, MSO, MAH, MEC, MAEDU, MTTM, MGPS.
