Visit IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in & proceed to Re-registration. Go to New Registration & enter your admission details(link https://ignou.samarth.edu.in/index.php/studentlogin/registration/register). Here create your login password through OTP received on your mobile no. Now Sign-in on the same portal using your Username(Enrollment no.) & password your have created and login to your account to avail various services related to your admission like downloading your Identity card, Changing your Address, Study Centre, Regional Centre & submitting online Re-registration form.
